We rock the casual scene (jeans please) while we wear out the Keurig machine, drink cold brew by the gallon, dual to get high score on Ms. Pacman or Donkey Kong with Free Lunch Fridays. We also have a quarterly team outing that the Partner of the Quarter decides on (Powder Ski day, Rockies, Broncos, Top Golf, etc.) We have paid time off from Christmas Eve Eve (not a typo) thru January 2nd (Go visit family for the holidays or ski every day!). Thanksgiving is Wednesday thru Friday, paid time off. Family comes first here!
About the gig: When joining Talent Solvers as a Sales, Marketing or Operations Recruiter (100’s of roles, you can make up your own title) you’ll be given the opportunity to work on a wide range of positions from entry level brokers to senior managers, directors and everything in between at organizations throughout the United States and Canada. We have great relationships with our clients and more business than we can handle which means you’ll have a TON of opportunity to make placements and stack up on commissions.
